Nuuday sells Blockbuster to SF Anytime
After a strong development under Nuuday's ownership, Nuuday is selling Denmark's leading digital video rental service Blockbuster to the Swedish market leader SF Anytime, which is part of the Bonnier Group. SF Anytime acquires the right to use the Blockbuster brand in the Nordics and takes over all customer relationships. Blockbuster's customers will benefit from a larger title catalogue, and the change in ownership will be implemented during a period of six months to ensure a smooth transition for the many customers, who continuously will access the strong Blockbuster experience.
